How we handle your data

This summary describes what Oraculum Bots collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address and a hashed password.
• Bot configuration — the strategies, parameters, and modes you set.
• Broker credentials — the Interactive Brokers login you connect. These are held in an isolated, per-tenant secret on our infrastructure and are used only to place and manage orders in your account. They are never shown in your browser and are never used for anything other than operating your bot.
• Operational data — bot status, positions, and performance telemetry needed to run the service and show it to you in the dashboard.

How we use it

We use your data solely to operate the service — authenticate you, provision and run your bots, and display their status. We do not sell your data.

Security

Broker credentials are scoped to your own tenant and isolated from other users. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure — see the Risk Disclosure and Terms.

Deletion

Deleting a bot removes its per-tenant secret. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at admin@oraculum.network.
