Please read this carefully before using Oraculum Bots. Trading futures, foreign exchange, and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

No guarantee of profit

Automated and systematic strategies do not guarantee profits and can lose money — including in ways and amounts you may not expect. A strategy that performed well in the past or in a backtest can perform poorly, or lose money, going forward.

Hypothetical and past performance

Any performance figures shown in the product — returns, Sharpe ratio, drawdown, win rate, equity curves — may be hypothetical, illustrative, or drawn from paper trading. Past and hypothetical performance is not indicative of future results. Paper-trading results do not account for real-world execution factors such as slippage, fees, commissions, and liquidity, and can differ materially from live results.

Leverage

Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. A small adverse market move can result in a loss that is large relative to the capital committed.

Your account, your responsibility

Bots run in your own Interactive Brokers account. Oraculum never takes custody of your funds. You are responsible for your account, for the credentials and permissions you grant, for the configuration you deploy, and for monitoring your positions. You can start, stop, and change bots at any time.

Not investment advice

Oraculum Bots is trading software and tooling, not investment advice. Oraculum is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, and nothing in the product is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. Consider seeking advice from a licensed financial professional before trading.

Software risk

The software may contain errors, and connectivity to your broker (including the weekly Interactive Brokers re-authentication required for live trading) can be interrupted. Orders may be delayed, rejected, or not placed. Start with paper trading, and only move to live trading once you understand the behavior.

Subscription fees are not a performance promise

A paid subscription buys access to the software and its features — nothing more. It does not reduce trading risk, does not entitle you to any return, and is charged whether your strategy gains or loses. No plan, including the highest tier, guarantees a profit.
