These terms govern your use of Oraculum Bots. By creating an account or deploying a bot, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service is

Oraculum Bots is a self-directed tool that runs systematic trading strategies in your own Interactive Brokers account. It executes the configuration you choose. It is not investment advice, and Oraculum does not exercise discretion over your account or take custody of your funds. See the Risk Disclosure.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the legal right to trade in the account you connect and to provide its credentials.
• You are responsible for your credentials, your configuration, and monitoring your bots and positions.
• You must use the service in compliance with your broker's terms and applicable law.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any strategy will be profitable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oraculum is not liable for trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. You trade at your own risk.

Subscriptions and fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are for access to the software, not for trading performance — they are charged regardless of whether your bots make or lose money. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can view your plan, update payment details, or cancel at any time from Settings, which opens the Stripe billing portal.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time. When you cancel, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free plan; running live bots may be stopped when the period ends. Because this is a digital service with immediate access, fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact admin@oraculum.network and we will review it in good faith.

Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the service or these terms. Material changes, including to pricing, will be reflected on this page and, where they affect an active subscription, communicated before they take effect. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
